Purpose of the Course
This
course covers developing applications as a set of distributed
components (objects) using the COM+ services in Windows 2000. COM+
services include such services as Microsoft Transaction Server,
Message Queue etc.
Component
development using COM+ can be used for both traditional Windows and
Internet based applications. Both are covered in this extensive
course. The course stresses server side development and includes an
introduction to the .Net platform
